Welcoming Atmosphere
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by the tranquil ambiance of Pine Moon’s home. The space is intentionally curated to evoke a sense of serenity, providing the ideal environment for your healing experience
Personal Consultation
Your session begins with a personal consultation with Nicole. This discussion allows you to express your intentions, concerns, and any specific areas you’d like to focus on during the session. Nicole will tailor the experience to meet your unique needs.
Comfortable Seating or Laying Position
You’ll be invited to sit or lay down in a comfortable position, fully clothed, as Nicole prepares to initiate the Reiki energy flow. The choice of position is entirely based on your comfort and preferences.
Pendulum Guidance
Introducing the pendulum, Nicole uses this divination tool to identify energetic blockages and areas in need of focused attention. The pendulum’s gentle movements provide insights into the flow of energy, guiding the healing process.
Gentle Touch or Hands Hovering
Nicole will begin the session by gently placing her hands on or near your body, following the principles of USUI Reiki. The soothing touch or hands hovering over specific areas facilitates the flow of healing energy.
Energy Sensations

Your journey begins with a virtual connection. Using online platforms, Nicole will create a sacred digital space for your session, ensuring a secure and intimate environment.
Pre-Session Consultation
Just like an in-person session, your experience starts with a personal consultation. Nicole will discuss your intentions, concerns, and any specific areas you’d like to focus on during the virtual session.
Comfortable Space
Find a quiet and comfortable space in your home where you won’t be disturbed. Whether sitting or lying down, choose a position that allows you to fully relax and receive the healing energies.
Energetic Alignment
As the session begins, Nicole will guide you into a state of relaxation through spoken word or guided meditation. The energetic alignment process begins, connecting you with the healing energies of Reiki.
Distance Reiki Techniques
Nicole employs specialized techniques for distance Reiki, tapping into the universal life force energy to facilitate healing. Although you won’t be physically present, the energy flows to you with the same effectiveness as an in-person session.

Together, we will schedule class dates and times that best fit your schedule. Individual and Private Group Classes are available by request. To schedule your class, please email hello@pinemoon.ca
Each Certification Class includes:
- Private Reiki Training and Certification with a passionate and experienced Reiki Master.
- Personalized support (and professional mentorship for Master levels) throughout the class.
- A comprehensive digital manual AND professional resources from the International Center for Reiki Training®. (Optional: The Printed Manual for each level can be purchased from the ICRT® upon completing your class. Your Reiki certificate will be provided)
- Ongoing healing support and professional guidance to follow as needed.
